Peptide Radioiodination
Service Center

The Peptide Radioiodination Service Center specializes in the preparation of millicurie amounts of 125I-labeled angiotensins and a variety of related peptide ligands. In addition, many other peptides containing a single tyrosine residue have been radioiodinated. Radioiodinations of peptides devoid of tyrosine residues, with multiple tyrosine residues, or with amino acid residues that are subject to damage by oxidizing or reducing agents are not routinely carried out. However, special requests can be considered on an individual basis. These services are available only to academic researchers or non-profit organizations
